Yesterday dawned sunny, clear and minus the humidity. My migraine was still hangin’ in just like the house guest that never leaves despite valiant attempts to kick them out.

I succumbed. I am now a member of the big ticket hair salon brigade.

I ventured to the dark side yesterday. I drove to the San Fernando Valley. It’s so foreign to me that I feel as if I should have taken my passport.

Hair has always been a topic of discussion for me. Yesterday, I watched a segment on the Today Show and discovered that curly hair is a major talking point…who knew.
