Flew the coop.

I am now in charming Delray Beach, Florida soaking up the sun.

Queen E. had me prepped for her new role as Queen of Death, but she looks darn good.

She even met us at the airport, in her new sporty Lexus, blonde hair flowing (not really…it never moves), in a lovely lavender ensemble.

We had our ritual breakfast at Luna Rosa overlooking the ocean in Delray Beach.

The afternoon was spent relaxing on a deserted beach with a great book.

We threw back a few at El Camino Restaurant which has the best Happy Hour in the universe.

Stellar barkeep and talented artist, Ryan Neil, whipped up some magical margaritas and we sampled some other goodies such as coffee infused tequila as well as indulging in some scrumptious brisket quesadillas.

Back to our home away from home and time to retire.
