Friday was a very special day for this woman and mother.
My fierce, beautiful, talented, kind daughter was honored along with other fabulous women at Variety’s Power of Women New York Impact luncheon at Cipriani’s.
Courtny walked the walk and traveled down the step and repeat with the 2019 outstanding honorees Christiane Amanpour, Gigi Hadid, Taraji P. Henson, Kacey Musgraves and the Divine Miss M, Bette Midler.
The honorees were introduced by the likes of Jimmy Fallon, Gayle King, Julianne Moore, CNN head honcho, Jeff Zucker and actress Yara Shahidi.
Michelle Wolf hosted and was her usual outrageous, politically incorrect self.
The speeches were motivating, personal and touching.
Hundreds of strong, successful women sat in rapt attention.
Praise rained down from powerful, influential women, sharing with me how professional, classy and kick ass Courtny is as a person and stellar agent.
It was a beautiful moment in time.
Courtny is our shining star.
David and I love her just the way she is yet she continues to flourish.
She is our masterpiece.
