There is a serene new sushi bar in New York City offering a very reasonable Omakase menu.
Omakase is now the platinum pedigree of sushi dining with Omakase costing literally hundreds of dollars.
Sanyuu West, located in the heart of Chelsea, offers a minimalistic, intimate and calming environment to indulge in a $78, 15-course menu of immaculately crafted fresh, delectable sushi, beginning with an appetizer followed by 12 nigiri, a hand roll and dessert.
The staff is very professional and accommodating.

There are also daily supplemental items offered ranging from $5 to $15, including amazing Japanese Uni (sea urchin), truffles and foie gras to enhance the Wagyu beef course offered on the Premium menu and also as a supplement.
