Post Christmas Ramblings…

Hoping Christmas was very merry!

Mine was spectacular with amazing gifts from Santa and quality family time.

My daughter gifted me with one of the most thoughtful, meaningful presents ever.

Courtny braved the pandemic, entering Build-A Bear Workshop to make me a talking lavender teddy in the image of the purple loving Queen E.

My daughter had saved several meaningful voice messages from Queen E. and by pressing the bear’s hand I am now able to access my mom’s voice at any moment.

I spontaneously lost it, but in a good way.

I just had to give a shout-out to Bridgerton, the new, original Netflix series from Shonda Rhimes and her Shondaland empire.

Bridgerton is an adaptation of Julia Quinn’s Regency romance novel, The Duke and I.

It is a steamy, entertaining ride…much of it horizontal.

A captivating angle is the mysterious gossip columnist Lady Whistledown, who narrates the proceedings via the iconic voice of Julie Andrews.

Season 1 is comprised of eight one hour episodes.

The just released Wonder Woman 1984 is not wonderful. In fact, it is one of the worst films I have ever seen and it made $16.7 over the holiday weekend.

Why can’t Americans be as dedicated to wearing masks and social distancing as they are to watching crappy movies?!

Talk amongst yourselves.

Here’s hoping that you all sail smoothly in to 2021 in good health and do not forget, only 23 shopping days until we can have a trump clearance sale…everything must GO!
