Don the wristbands and wait for it…deflect!

People and conflict resolution.

Why is it so challenging for people to take a long hard look and see on themselves?!

It is as if the truth never lands and words are just blowing in the wind.

No one is perfect….just recognize that we all can experience a temporary whoops.

It is not about being right or winning.

It is okay to agree to disagree, but why can’t you get the other person to just appreciate an opposing point of view.

Perfect case scenario…actually listen and do not have your preprogrammed defense case at the ready, take a deep breathe, digest the prosecution’s argument before rebuttal, perhaps concurring or the ultimate off putting and conversation ending, deflection.
