It’s A Beautiful Day…

If She cannot get to the mountain (crowded with the unvaccinated  masses) than the mountain comes to her.

Leave it to my daughter to side step my Coronaville inhibitions and make my Mother’s Day spa experience work.

She found a team to come to the house and take care of beautification on our patio since I had nixed a spa day away in Santa Barbara due to COVID complications.

I had a masked and vaccinated pampering team give me my first manicure and pedicure in 15 months and a blowout to make me gorgeous for Mother’s Day dining out.

David kicked off the day with a socially distanced breakfast at Superba in Venice.

Then we enjoyed a walk on the beach after which I read a good book and watched the Yankees win their weekend series with the Washington Nationals.

The day was capped off at Blue Ribbon Sushi where we dined outside surrounded by the Pleasantville perfection of the Palisades Village.

It was the Queen For A Day version of Mother’s Day.

I am eternally grateful for all the love from my in-house support team comprised of the absolutely fabulous David and Courtny?
