No matter where I hang my hat New York City is my authentic home.
Our flight was smooth, everyone wore masks that covered the appropriate and relevant orifices.
We sat in the first row so we jetted off the plane and we were the first to arrive at the taxi stand.
Unbelievably, no traffic into the city and David and I were enjoying a sushi lunch al fresco within an hour of landing.
It was too hot to walk so I jumped on my new NYC Peloton and then we headed downtown to see our daughter’s incredibly fabulous newly renovated apartment and smother our pup with kisses.
We had a great dinner outdoors and drove Finnley home to hang with us.
She’s an Uptown Girl now.
Happy to be home where life is stimulating and always on the move.
