My migraine streak is still unbroken.

I do not sleep much and when I finally fall sleep for 2-3 hours I wake with a migraine.

I am very frugal about my migraine meds because through insurance I anm only prescribed 15 pills at a time and  the cost is still almost $200.

I hold out until the pain is too debilitating.

Pharmaceuticals to do not do deep dives into migraine cures…think it’s because women suffer more than men?

Yesterday, after 13 hours the headache finally dissipated and I rose to the occasion.

Finnley and I took a three hour walk in Central Park and clocked about 31/2 miles.

Absolutely no hip pain and temporary migraine relief.

I am ecstatic.
