On The Fringe…

Oops, I did it again.

For the first time in 40 years I cut bangs.

The greatest part is people are telling me I look like my daughter.

A few inches and I feel decades younger.

The weekend kept trending better even after waking with a killer migraine. I took my migraine meds, but I did not have to self medicate because the New York Football Giants actually won a game.

Friday date night we had a wonderful dinner at an adorable French bistro that prepared the best escargot and the bread and butter…Mon Dieu!

We then headed to theater to see, The Hills of California, written by Jez Butterworth who also wrote the amazing, Jerusalem, as well as The Ferryman.

It is a 3 hour saga and should be trimmed and yet it is a riveting play about a family of four daughters and a domineering mother that subtlety creeps up on you, leaving you satiated.

Saturday night was another lovely restaurant. When my hair looks fabulous it must be taken out.

Before dinner and after the Hairdo Dolly makeover we accumulated 12,000 steps perusing high fashion on Madison Avenue.

It’s Monday so ponder this. Fashion today is all about cropped tops. After watching a great deal of college football this past weekend, do you think designers “borrowed” the look from collegiate football players…talk amongst yourselves.
