The past week I went cold turkey and cut myself off from MSNBC and The NY Times.

I will not partake in this fascist circus.

I cannot see Melania hold hands with Agent Orange now that he is president again…sunglass clad, filler addicted, opportunist.

I really dislike the Housewives, but they are not going to affect my life.

It’s funny. I never knew how much like politics the Housewives franchise is. They lie, cheat, manipulate, are publicity whores, bully, preach, hate, some are felons, break promises, flirt with infidelity.

There is not one Housewife that I would like to have an adult beverage with, emulate their clothing or copy a hairdo.

BUT, I must express my appreciation to Beverly Hills, Orange County and Salt Lake City for being a shallow, yet powerful distraction during a very challenging time.

Sorry to say I just could not endure Potomac, Atlanta, New Jersey or the inane, new, reconfigured New York City cast.

Bravo, Bravo!

You saved me from therapy, unrequited rage and a mountain of chocolate.
