Aging.

So much chatter about aging and decline with Biden and Agent Orange always in the news.

Does anyone else look inward and question their memory, movements, agility?

You never know what triggers the questioning and probing.

I was always very aware of my mother aging.

Go figure…when I saw a spot on her clothing I was concerned that she put it away soiled as she was unaware.  I do not know why it triggered me. Maybe it bothered me if she presented less than perfect when she was in her golden years.

Yesterday, I was alerted to a spot on my top. I always check items before folding or washing.

It literally sent me into an unaccountable tailspin.

Insane.

It just made me question myself.

At the same time I misplaced Lizzo’s name and had to play Mad Libs to come up with it.

As Queen E. always said, “The Golden Years Suck.”

The good news is I do remember the NY Giants #1 draft choice in 1965 and just about every other year so there is hope.
