Sunrise, sunset.
Daily life is marked by these everyday occurrences.
But never have they had such impact.
Words come easily to me.
At the moment I am stymied as how to describe the peace and serenity that I experienced this past week on this island.
Why do I let the pressures and assholes of everyday life get to me?
I believe that my stay in the most perfect place has shown me a path less traveled.
Paradise and peace are attainable.
A new me has emerged…I just need to hold on to her when I matriculate back into society.
My week here has been flooded with color, clarity, delicious food, endless amounts of books, long walks along the beach, swimming in the warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, gazing at azure skies.
No pressure except where to dine at night.
Time with those held dear, a departure from every day hassles.
This has been the most perfect week of my life.
I will let the photos speak for themselves.
The Devil has found heaven and fresh mango daiquiris.
