#1 with a bullet and in heavy rotation with cuisine, hospitality, price and soul.

No affectations just great food, owners and staff comprised of talented, genuine people who love what they do and deserve every ounce of success.

I am crazy about this place.

63 Clinton is celebrating their one year anniversary.

I reviewed the restaurant 2 months after it opened and if anything it is even better.

Co-owner and General Manager Raymond Trinh is one of the nicest, most gracious people I have ever known and that is saying a lot.

Chef Samuel Clonts is incredibly creative, knowledgeable and consistently knocks the food of the park every night and yet he keeps improving on perfection.

The service is accommodating, informed and friendly.

The 7-course $92 tasting menu with generous portions is the best deal in town.

They have not increased the price point and are committed to keeping the menu affordable.

The wine pairing is another incredible deal at $75 with generous pours and unique, memorable wines.

Take the tour and drool. I recommend ordering the caviar handroll ($55). It is outrageous and prepared tableside by Chef Clonts.

The opening act features the Breakfast Taco with a crispy homemade grilled flour tortilla, topped with a slice of an ajitama seasoned egg, salsa verde, a fried hash brown, and a dollop of trout roe.
