My stomach seizes up and my heart reacts wildly.

Humans need to laud and appreciate each other.

Workplace ungratefulness is rampant. Acknowledge those tolling for you  Strive to be a better manager.

I recently encountered real shitheads working at UPS, Budget and United Airlines.

Do not anticipate an attitude. If the giver is kind and undemanding, be pleasant back, damn it.
