We had a lunch reservation at Prince Noir located in a castle in Lormont outside of Bordeaux.
The Michelin Star Prince Noir is on the grounds of a castle in a glass and concrete cube with a view of the Pont d’Aquitaine suspension bridge.
Chef Vivien Durand reinterprets French tradition in the most natural way. The flavours are dazzling, the ingredients beautifully showcased with an eco-friendly approach.
After an extraordinary lunch we strolled the pedestrian streets of the old section of Bordeaux and assessed our retail options.
