Shock and surprise.
I have not eaten in a restaurant in over 2 weeks.
Bottom line, no restaurant review today.
I’ve been preparing three meals a day for the patient.
I really do not think anyone wants my white recipes.
My meals remind me of when I lived with the Kennedy clan and all our food was literally white.
Pasta, rice, mashed and baked potato without the jacket, eggs, a sprinkling of parmesan and mozzarella, a daring dash of fresh black pepper comprise my exotic ingredients.
Toss in some Challah and sourdough bread, an occasional wild white prawn and that’s it.
I call it the Get Back On Your Feet diet.
