I succumbed.

I bought a swimsuit, a linen dress and wait for it, I splurged on a pair of Christain Louboutin sneakers which are a necessity if you are a street walker in the big city.

I was under self imposed strict orders to step away from retail therapy for 6 months.

I gorged and now I will go back on my retail fast.

On the same day I decided I needed a change so I texted Travis, the hair guru and marched into Sally Hershberger with a mass of long hair and walked out 4 inches shorter.

I look maaavelous, darling.

I am on my way to dinner because my hair looks too good to keep it sequestered at home.

The night demands an Aperol Spritz to toast my new look.
