I can be a simple country girl😎

My New England roots keep me grounded even though I do, at times, indulge.

My happy place is at our home in Florida.

Perhaps it is the essence of Queen E. watching over me.

I delight in waking early, swimming my 50 laps by 8:30am.

Then I run in the pool with my headset on for 30 minutes.

Next I swim and enjoy lively repartee with the Merry Mermaids and then my buddy, Fran and I, exercise and chitty chat until noon.

Peloton and then lunch.

Today kicks off Life’s A Beach month.

I’m feeling groovy.

Enjoy the weekend.
