Yesterday was my B Day.

I had  my annual date with destiny…momma meets mammogram.

Columbia Doctors across from Rockefeller Center knows how to handle me.

I am happy to report that The Girls Are Alright.

It is important and necessary for all women to have an annual mammogram after 40. If there is a family history of breast cancer then sign up for a baseline mammogram earlier in life.

The girls are always there for you. Pease always support them.

A shout out to my daughter who supported me early Monday morning so that I had a hand to hold before and a celebratory hug afterwards.
