Up by 5am, read outside on the patio, enjoying my first cup of freshly brewed coffee while watching the sunrise.
Gym by 7:30 with a 45 minute Peloton ride, 15 minutes arm exercises and 100 sit ups.
Breakfast.
10:15 Water Aerobics Class…new, dynamic instructor who really challenged us.
Lunch.
2:30 Massage.
4:45 Happy Hour.
7pm Dinner outside at the Splash Bar…fresh grilled salmon with Bok Choy.
8:30 Home reading.
Summer Camp in January.
