Reunited…

Welcome to New York..

Unpack and dust because the city spreads dirt as quickly as TMZ.

Eat a slice of NY pizza…the best.

Sleep.

Strong cappuccino early Monday from Maman, a must sample import from Paris.

Walk Central Park…dogless, but the Park is impressive.

Entrance into the Park by my street was blocked by dozens of PA’s protecting the Maestro movie set from random pedestrians gawking at Bradley Cooper and Carey Mulligan.

Unfortunately, one of my favorite spots, Bethesda Terrace, was camouflaged by a huge tent set up for the annual Central Park Taste of Summer fundraiser, featuring culinary tastings prepared by the City’s best restaurants, craft cocktails, music and dancing.  The benefit  supports the Conservancy’s mission to preserve and celebrate Central Park as a sanctuary from the pace and pressures of city life.

Central Park was very busy for a Monday and the smell of weed was permeating a perfect almost summer day.

I had to head indoors to wash the island off our clothes.

Last night we drove to the West Village to gain custody of our shared BFF, Finnley, the wonder doggie.

It was an emotional, frenetic reunion and it felt so good…thank you, Peaches & Herb.

I Love NY? along with my daughter, my doggie and my home.
