Picture Perfect…

I am always looking for interesting things to do in Los Angeles.

The Annenberg Space for Photography has long been on my bucket list.

Recently, I visited the center in Century City.

After parking underground (validated parking), taking an elevator, escalator and mounting a long outdoor stairway, you arrive.

The Vanity Fair, Hollywood Calling exhibit is a look at the Hollywood stars, the parties and the powerbrokers through the distinctive lens of the literary elite, Vanity Fair.

The enticing exhibit features photographic portraiture and multimedia installations that capture the magic and glamour of the film and television industry’s major players over the past four decades.

View the insightful, interesting 20-minute documentary, providing an exclusive look at the making of the 2020 Hollywood issue.

It takes you behind-the-scenes to see how established and up-and-coming stars get picked for the cover.

The exhibit is captivating, featuring works by more than 50 photographers and an array of 130 photographs.

Works by Annie Leibovitz, Herb Ritts. Harry Benson, Helmut Newton, Firooz Zahedi and dozens more are showcased.

I have been fortunate enough to witness many  of these iconic photographers In action.

Take the red carpet tour:
