Pasta In Paradise…Mexico Restaurant Review

Dinner under the stars with the sound of waves gently breaking on tanned ankles.

Casa Punta Coco serves up a private chef to fulfill your culinary tropical desires.

We sat by the waters edge underneath a canopy of vivid stars hosted by Orion’s Belt and the Big Dipper with Motown serenading us in the background.

Our fresh Mango Daiquiris were frothy and delicious as was the well shaken Passion Fruit Margarita.

Homemade Hummus accompanied by homemade light and fluffy Pita Bread served as an appetizer.

Easy to accommodate we all requested fresh Linguine Pasta with Shrimp in a simple cream sauce with a seafood broth base. It was amazing.

Fresh grilled zucchini, onions, mushrooms and baby potatoes were an excellent side dish.

Dessert was Bailey’s on the rocks.

An evening to remember.
