Day two in Paris, we walked 17 miles and visited just about every designer in Paris.
Stop the presses…this is not a Republican generated made up story…Valentino, Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada…the coveted designer bags are $1000 less in Europe than in America.
Exhausted, ravenous and curiously stimulated from our retail therapy session, we headed to our 1:30 lunch.
We had a stunning meal at David Toutain where creativity knows no boundaries.
Afterwards, we departed the left bank for the right (just like the politics in America) to see the holiday windows at Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
The day ended witnessing the exquisite sunset on the roof of Galeries Lafayette.
The Tour Eiffel put on a magical light display.
Energized, we stopped for our nightly Pastis accompanied by succulent escargots and then headed to our favorite Italian restaurant in the Marais because food is of upmost importance when in Paris.
Another extraordinary day experienced.
Why can’t every day be like the perfect days spent in France?!
I can definitely stand too much of a good thing.
Paris c’est magnifique.
Au Revoir…
