Last night was filled with fireworks.

My daughter has an amazing rooftop garden at her apartment building so we headed downtown for an explosive evening.

The skyline was as impressive as the 35+ minutes of the Macy’s fireworks extravaganza.

My family had a lovely day.

Unfortunately, I cannot say it was a great day to be an American.

Another mass shooting making it 300 so far in 2022, abortion rights overturned, more rights for guns than women and the majority is more bothered about the price of gas.

Grow up America and get your priorities straight.

Hoping the following 4th brings sanity, less hatred and more independence.
