On The Dot…

New York City is a wonderland.

The streets of Manhattan are always full of surprises and unpredictability.

Just head out for a stroll and you will never be bored.

The latest appealing visual to pop up is at the Louis Vuitton store in the Meatpacking district.

The merchandise on display features the latest epic collaboration between Louis Vuitton and Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

This is the second time the French luxury brand has collaborated with Kusama. Initially, in 2012, Vuitton sponsored the Yayoi Kusama retrospective at the Whitney’s uptown location.

The recent vibrant display showcases a world of Yayoi Kusama’s signature dots combined with shiny silver Louis Vuitton elements.

Kusama’s use of repetition floods the store in the form of hypnotic chrome spheres and polka dot patterns.

The price tags are high, but the visuals are free and on display through April 23rd, 2023.

If you are in the area stroll by Louis Vuitton at 70-72 Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District.

The store is open Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.

Our bestie, Finnley, was also mesmerized by the display and looked absolutely fabulous surrounded by a panoply of flattering hues.
