Chef Sabatelli has a very interesting resume.

He attended culinary school at the age of 13.

He continued his culinary journey far from his native Monopoli, working in Rome at Il Convivio, before moving on to the Hyatt Aryaduta in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai and Le Touessrok in Mauritius.

Feeling the pull of Puglia, Chef Sabatelli opened his first restaurant in his hometown of Monopoli, Italy in 2011.

He moved the restaurant to historic Putignano (known for its’ carnival) in March of 2017.

Giovanni, the astute sommelier, provided a top notch seminar in wine presentation.
