Very difficult week.

Talk about your life going up in smoke.

Is our Pacific Palisades home even viable?

Weird that we are always in the Palisades in January.

So glad we are not there, having to evacuate, find housing, witness the devastation firsthand.

I hope that everyone evacuated safely…I hold you all close to my heart and understand the pain you are in.

Seeing our charming village, shops we frequented, our bank, grocery store, bagel shop, coffee shop, restaurants burned to the ground.

It is unbelievably heartbreaking.

Life is so unpredictable. Not a great start to an already anticipated tumultuous January.

Be kind, stay safe, donate if you can, protect the pets, try to keep the overwhelming, gut wrenching sadness at bay.
