You’ve come a long way, baby…in a very short period of time.

A shout out to my amazing daughter.

Yesterday, Courtny was named a partner at ICM Partners, one of the leading talent agencies in the world.

A bit of background…she graduated summa cum laude from the prestigious Newhouse School of Journalism, was immediately recruiter out of college by William Morris Endeavor and lasted a mere 2 weeks in the renowned mailroom before being snatched up and  placed on an agent’s desk.

She made a quick transition to CAA and was scooped up by ICM and made an agent.

Last year she was elevated to Co-Head of Non-Scripted Programming.

Point of interest (at least for me), Courtny represents non-fiction and documentary creators, as well as unscripted, news and sports talent including Meredith Vieira, Gretchen Carlson, Ali Wentworth, Queer Eye’s Karamo Brown, Nigel Lythgoe and So You Think You Can Dance, Soledad O’Brien, HuffPost, Politico and several high-level showrunners.

And breaking news…all you Housewives fans, Courtny recently sold the next Bravo TV Housewives franchise so get ready for the outrageous Housewives of Salt Lake City.

Socially aware, she also aids in spearheading HER ICM, ICM Partners’ female initiative.

Not only is Courtny smart, beautiful, driven and highly successful, but she is an unbelievable  daughter and a kind, thoughtful and generous human being.

My publicist roots are showing, but, unlike Agent Orange, there is not one lie or exaggeration included in this post.

My cup runneth over…this may be more meaningful then a NY Giants Super Bowl victory.
