Picture perfect.
Annecy, France is an alpine town in southeastern France, where Lake Annecy feeds into the Thiou River.
It’s known for its Vieille Ville with cobbled streets, winding canals, pastel-colored houses and clear, pristine lake.
We experienced a sunny day which further enhanced the natural beauty.
We explored the old town and reveled in the gorgeous scenery.
We stayed at the posh Relais & Chateaux Le Clos des Sens in Annecy-le-Vieux.
The food and service at the 3 star Michelin restaurant was beyond anything we ever experienced and we were seated with a view of the kitchen affording us the opportunity to see magic being made.
Restaurant Le Clos Des Sens was the best meal I ever had the pleasure of consuming prepared by super chef Laurent Petit and his talented team.
Next stop Paris.
