Bruno Mars 24K Magic World Tour exploded onto the Madison Square Garden stage Friday night.

Mars delivered a solid gold package of talent and high energy fun  during the nearly 2 hour show.

The man and his amazing band put on a spectacle of singing, dancing with a production quality the likes of which you have never seen.

I have witnessed a plethora of shows and this was an extravaganza worthy of a permanent stage in Vegas.

Bruno  never stopped moving and neither did the paying customers

The audience was on their feet the entire concert, singing along to each and every song.

His band is a throwback to the 60’s, exemplifying the best of Motown…dance routines that felt organic and fresh.

Bruno and the band move in the style of the Jackson Five, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles and the Temptations.

Mars has a great voice and ran through his entire catalogue of hits, ending with a rousing rendition of his huge single, Uptown Funk.

There are a handful of performers that can bring the house down and Bruno Mars, the consummate performer and showman, is right at the top of the list.

What made the evening even better was that the concert was a family affair with David, Courtny and I basking in the vibrant energy.

We fed our pre-concert excitement at Chop Shop 2, a tasty Asian restaurant close to MSG.

We dined on Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Pea Shoots, Eggplant and Crab Fried Rice.

We ‘Treasured’ every moment.
