But here’s the truth…while we can’t control the noise, we can attempt to control how we respond to it.

Let’s all shoot up a metaphorical syringe of Ozempic.
Reduce the consumption of what we ingest mentally.
Cut back on television news and toxic online discussions.
It is a given to be angry about unjust deportation, the devaluation of women’s rights, the stock market and the state of democracy.
Take a walk, swim, laugh, enjoy an adult beverage, sample gummies…whatever it takes.
We are in the messy middle of insanity. History reminds us that we have dealt with turbulence before.
Keep the long view in sight.
Time to start another day.
