Sunday in New York without a NY Giants game.
It is liberating especially since the Giants are on life support.
My daughter came uptown and we walked Central Park on a chilly, but sunny Sunday.
We headed over to Barney Greengrass and sat outside brunching on exotic sable and eggs.
Courtny gave us a MasterClass in foreign country documentation and then we went en familia to a Covid testing center to see if we are in tip-top shape…results to follow.
We took in another stellar Broadway show. This time it was the Lehman Trilogy, a smart, well paced 3 1/2 mesmerizing 3 act drama which follows the lives of three immigrant brothers as they arrive in America and establish an investment firm, witness the collapse of their company in 2008 along with the financial crisis and ultimately, the demise of a family and company that had changed the world.
Yet another adventure in the most amazing city.
And at night, I was able to revel in the beauty and splendor of Adele…hope you watched or recorded her special Special…she was Rolling In The Deep and could have had it all.
She did.
