Wisdom and experience.

Are they that valuable?

No rush to judgment here, but screw ’em.

I would rather be moderately young and inexperienced.

I believe I have always had wisdom or a true understanding of people and life’s ups and downs.

Hand me back my 30’s, please!

No menopause and the residual crap, no fine lines realistically known as wrinkles, major employment opportunities, disposable cash, shopping without guilt, no after effects from over exercising.

Since Queen E. died I have become acutely aware that my time is running out.

I can’t bring back that youthful glow.

God knows I try.

I work hard at bringing sexy back and working, at least in my mind at the trending, thirst trapping.

Sidebar: The young and the restless are so gifted at inventing verbiage…kudos to my generation for ‘inventing’ feelin’ groovy, toking, don’t flip your wig, having a gas, bummed out, right on and let’s not forget, zit.

The gruel reality is I can’t “peel” back time no matter how hard I fight…I need to stop struggling and attempt to live my best life with the remaining time.

Tick Tock.

  1. Kudos. We all have to embrace exactly where we are with gratitude and celebration. Let’s dress up and party!!! You are beautiful inside and out.

  2. I know I have said it before, but I believe it is worth repeating the words that Arthur Ashe said so
    beautifully, “Start where you are,
    Use what you have,
    Do what you can.”
