63 Adds Up To Simply The Best…

Sixty Three Clinton.

An address you should make note of as it is simply the best.

Throwing down the gauntlet.

Challenging anyone to prove me wrong.

I have featured Sixty Three Clinton in the past…it is definitely worth a revisit.

Imagine a Michelin Star restaurant, 7 imaginative, delectable courses with a convivial atmosphere, amazing wines, impeccable service for $112?!

Having a meal in a restaurant has become an expensive proposition. Needless to say, you want to revel in a fabulous evening.

No place offers the quality, ambiance, wine and service for less.

The convivial, accommodating staff with standouts such as Christine, are all invested in you having a great dining experience.

The wine offerings are extraordinary and if you are passionate about the history and back story there is no one better to take you on that spirited journey then Michael, the outstanding sommelier.

Executive Chef/owner Sam Clonts always outdoes himself with creativity, serving seasonal contemporary cuisine highlighted by global influences.

The tableside Caviar Hand Roll is a must. Do not allow the additional $55 price tag to stop you from enjoying a must have taste treat.

Every meal starts with the memorable, nontraditional Breakfast Taco consisting of aijama, a crispy hash brown, smoked trout roe and the ever important tortilla served on a warmed platter. From there you partake in a leisurely multi-course taste delight.

Co-owner/front of the house and beverage expert, Raymond Trinh, pulls it all together nightly with his usual warmth, energy and aplomb. In between making 63 run 110% he actually runs marathons.

It makes me sad when the evening ends and then I remember I can always return for more.

Here’s a sampling of last week’s featured dishes. Not pictured is an exquisite pork carnitas course so tender and flavorful.

Faroe Islands Salmon with Thai basil and cucumber
Falafel and Sour Dough Pita

The Strawberry Pina Colada dessert with coconut and pineapple that Chef Clonts whipped up the other night, was incredible.

Sticky Toffee Tres Leches

Our last visit to Sixty Three was to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. I love that the entire staff signs a card for you on the special occasion.

No one needs a reason to have an incredible culinary interlude at Sixty Three Clinton.

Do yourself a flavor favor and book!
